Biography:
Nor Akmal. Born in 1961 1984 - Graduated from the Institute of Theatre and Visual Arts in Tashkent. Among a number of exhibitions and festivals the most significant have been a personal show in Delhi in 1994, an exhibition in Antwerp in 2000, and his personal show in Tashkent in 1999. Works in oils. Akhmals paintings are very poetic, derived from the world of Islamic literature and legends.
