Viktor Sinofkin. Born in 1963. Russia. City of Bryansk. 1980 for 1986 Bryansk Institute of Transport Mechanical Engineering. With 1987 for 1990 a Bryansk Art School (for 3 years instead of 5 years). Speciality - teacher of painting. Was engaged in studio of the deserved figure of arts of Russia V.Vorobev (1984-1993). 1994-1995 Academies of applied Arts of a name Repin (ST.-PETERSBURG) branch of painting. Since 1991 till the present time the participant of joint and personal exhibitions in Russia and in Germany, and as repeatedly took part in the international festivals of modem art. The pictures are in an Art museum of city of Bryansk. In private(individual) collections of Russia, Germany, Spain and other countries. The basic style, direction of creativity - philosophy - symbolical.
